General Booking Terms:

By booking with Blackwattle Alpaca Farm, you agree to our terms and conditions. All guests must be able to understand and follow staff instructions. For paddock experiences, guests must be able to walk unassisted. Please advise us before booking of any disabilities that may affect participation or safety. For safety reasons, the farm reserves the right to remove anyone considered a risk to themselves, other guests, or our animals.

Weather Cancellations:

Tours run in light to moderate rain. Wet weather options are available.

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled by the farm owner due to:

  • heavy rain
  • high winds
  • extreme fire danger rate days


If the farm cancels and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or a reschedule will be provided.

Guest Cancellations:

If a guest(s) can’t attend their booked tour and the following applies

  • More than 24 hours: reschedule, gift card or a refund (minus 1.9% Booking Fee and Transaction Fees: Credit Card Fee –  1.55% OR PayPal Fee: 2.9%)
  • Less than 24 hours: reschedule or 50% refund (minus 1.9% Booking Fee and Transaction Fees: Credit Card Fee –  1.55% OR PayPal Fee: 2.9%)
  • No Show: no reschedule or refund. 

Brunch with the Bunch and Boho Picnic Cancellations: 

If a guest(s) can’t attend their booked tour and the following applies

  • More than 72 hours: reschedule, gift card or a refund (minus 1.9% Booking Fee and Transaction Fees: Credit Card Fee –  1.55% OR PayPal Fee: 2.9%)
  • Less than 72 hours: reschedule or 50% refund (minus 1.9% Booking Fee and Transaction Fees: Credit Card Fee –  1.55% OR PayPal Fee: 2.9%)
  • No Show: no reschedule or refund.
