Our Farm Shop is open for visitors Friday – Sunday 10am to 4pm, however, to meet our alpacas and llamas visitors need to book a tour.

No. Entry to our farm and Farm Shop is free.

No, you don’t. Visitors are welcome to the farm during our opening dates and times and can view the alpacas over the fence, but to meet our alpacas and llamas, visitors need to book a tour.

Pet dogs are not permitted at any time. They are also not permitted to remain in vehicles. Certified Assistance dogs, who have completed their training, are permitted.

We run our tours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 4pm.

To secure your preferred booking date and time, we recommended booking in advance to avoid missing out. Our tours often book out to capacity.

Yes. We have a small café serving barista coffee, a range of teas, milkshakes and iced tea/coffee, hot chocolates, soft drinks and water. We also have cake or slice of the day available. Some of our tours also include food and beverage packages. BYO alcohol is not permitted.

No. All food and drinks must be purchased on the farm. If you are wanting to bring their own food, due to dietary/health requirements (e.g. celiac) this needs to be arranged with us prior to your visit. If you book a birthday party, guests are permitted to bring their own birthday cake.

No. Smoking is not permitted on our farm.

To go into our paddocks to meet, hand feed or walk with one of our alpacas and llamas it is recommended that you wear covered-in footwear. During summer sun protection (hat and screen) is also recommended.

Children of any age can come along and enjoy meeting our alpacas and llamas, however children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and be under constant adult supervision whilst on the farm. We have rules for interacting with our alpacas and llamas and parents are responsible for the actions and the safety of all children whilst on the farm. Some of our tours (e.g. Walking Tours) are recommended for ages 7+ years. 

Yes, there are! Our alpacas and llamas are part of our family, therefore anyone acting in an unsafe manner or causing any distress to our alpacas and llamas will have their tour terminated immediately and will forfeit the rest of the tour without a refund.  

No. Our tours are fully guided and guests are not allowed into any paddock without a guide.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking our “Refund Policy” applies. Click here for more information.  

Our tours will go ahead in Light to Moderate rain (as advised on the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Canberra Radar Loop). Wet weather tour options are available for these conditions and customers do not need to cancel. If you wish to postpone your tour, and you have contacted us within 48 hours, we can reschedule, however a refund will not be offered in this situation.

At our discretion, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons such as Moderate to Heavy rain and/or High Winds (as advised on the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Canberra Radar Loop). If this happens you will be notified, by email and/or phone, if your tour needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. Where rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered
