cancellation policy

By booking with Blackwattle Alpaca Farm, you agree to our terms and conditions. All guests must be able to understand and follow staff instructions. For paddock experiences, guests must be able to walk unassisted. Please advise us before booking of any disabilities that may affect participation or safety. For safety reasons, the farm reserves the right to remove anyone considered a risk to themselves, other guests, or our animals.

  • Bookings and voucher purchases are non-refundable.
  • Bookings may be transferred to another person.
  • To make changes to your booking, please email: info@blackwattlealpacas.com.au or call 0403 991 612 (Friday to Sunday 10am to 4pm).
  • Cancellations made with more then 24 hours prior to your booking – you can reschedule or receive a voucher (valid for 3 years).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before your booking or failure to attend have no option to reschedule or receive a voucher and all monies paid will be forfeited. 
  • If the farm cancels and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or a reschedule will be provided.
  • Tours run in light to moderate rain. Wet weather options are available.
  • Extreme weather warnings may require the rescheduling or cancellation of tours. To minimise unnecessary cancellations, we will leave decisions as late as possible and will advise you by phone if a tour is to be postponed. In the event of inclement weather, please keep your phone handy right up to the booking time.
