Tours and Events
To book a tour, you need to book a Farm Pass for the type of tour you would like to do. The Farm Pass covers up to 4 people. Additional guests can then be added. Our tours are all private with up to 10 guests per tour. Experienced tour guides conduct our tours to answer all your alpaca and llama questions.

Farm Pass (Tickets)
To visit our farm for an alapca tour you first need to book a Farm Pass (for each type of tour). You then add additional adults and children. Tours are open by appointment only. 1.55% surcharge applies for credit card payments.
Our address is 315 Patemans Lane, Murrumbateman, NSW. Take Euroka Ave from Barton Highway if coming from Canberra direction. Turn right into Patemans Lane, from Euroka Ave. We are the last property on the road to your left. The last section of the road is dirt.
As we are a working farm, members of the public are prohibited from bringing any pets/animal(s) onto our farm. In hot weather, it is dangerous to leave a pet locked in a vehicle. Please leave your pets at home. Service dogs are permitted with written approval by us. Please contact us if you are wishing to bring a service dog to our farm before you arrive.
RESPECT FENCES AND SUPERVISON
Fences between you and our animals are there to protect you and the animals from harm. Do not open any gate or climb any fences. Remember, livestock are large and often untamed animals and can cause injury. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Unaccompanied children (15 and under) are not be permitted on our farm.
Height restrictions apply to children handling or interacting with our alpacas. Children with a head height lower than the height of the alpaca wither are not permitted to handle or interact with our alpacas unless they are being directly held off the ground by a parent or guardian. Additional safety advice may be provided upon arrival.
Carers for Special Needs Visitors
Carers for special needs visitors are admitted free of charge, with their paying guest. Carers ID is required upon entry. Maximum F.O.C ratio—1:1. COMPANION CARD holders receive free entry, as well as their Carer.
We are a working farm. To decrease fire hazard and ensure the safety and health of visitors, staff and our animals, smoking is not permitted on our farm.
Tours will only run when weather conditions do not create health and safety risks to our visitors and our animals. Where tours have been booked and we need to cancel due to safety reasons, another date for your tour will be offered or a refund will be issued.
What to Wear and Bring
Covered in comfortable footwear to be worn on our farm. In summer months full length trousers and hats are also required. Drinking water should also be carried during tours in warm weather conditions. Bring your camera, so you can take lots of photos during your tour.
Alcohol is not permitted on our farm, so when planning your visit to us, please do not bring any alcohol.
