Give the animal lover in your life the ultimate in unique celebrations!

Celebrate your special event with a fun, informative and unforgettable alpaca themed party at Blackwattle Alpaca Farm. We’ll get the party started by greeting you and your guests with one of our halter trained llamas.

We will then provide an educational talk about alpacas and llamas, where guests will have the opportunity to have all of their farm and camelid questions answered! There will be an opportunity to pat a llama, take some fun photos with him and capture some magical memories. From there, your party will take a short stroll to one of our paddocks where tasty treats and mouth watering muesli will be provided for you and your guests to hand feed our happy herd!

After meeting and hand feeding our happy herd, your group is provided an outdoor party space on our Party Patio to enjoy the rest of the event, where party bags and a gift for the birthday person awaits! Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the farm and a backdrop of the stunning Brindabella Ranges. Guests will be served their food and drinks at this point, where catering options have been booked.

Package includes the use of our outdoor under cover Party Patio for 3 hours.

Duration: 3 hours

Experience includes:

  • 30 minute arrival and set up
  • 1 hour guided alpaca and llama experience
  • 1 hour for your birthday celebrations on our Party Patio
  • 30 minute cleanup and departure
  • Blackwattle Alpaca Farm Party e-invitations (if required)
  • Pacca Party Bag for each child (includes party favours, chocolate and lollies)
  • present for the Birthday person


  • $495 for up to 10 children and 4 adults (including interacting with our animals)
  • $40 for each additional child
  • $30 for each additional adult who wish to interact with our animals
  • $0 for each additional adult not taking part of the alpaca tour section of the party (e.g. no interaction with our alpacas)
  • Parties being held on public holidays will incur a 20% Public Holiday Surcharge. 

Our parties are not ‘hosted’ parties therefore supervision is required by a parent(s) or guardian(s). Where participants are under 7 years of age we recommend 4 supervisory adults.

Additional information:

  • Food and beverage options available. Noted below.
  • Table settings/decorations: $75. Set up includes tablecloths, table decorations, plate-wear, cutlery, cups, napkins and table water. 
  • Self catered – no additional charge. You are welcome to bring your own catering with you however cooking facilities are not available. Please bring all required plates, serving utensils, cutlery, birthday candles, cups etc.
  • We are unable to supply birthday cakes. Guests are encouraged to bring their own. We recommend Bakers Wanna Bake (local Murrumbateman baker) for yummy birthday cakes!
  • Minimum Age: Ideal for kids 5 years and above. For kids under 5 we recommend booking a Pacca Playgroup Tour as a private booking for a party. 
  • Bring your own decorations. Note: glitter or helium balloons are not permitted.
  • Clean up of the area is required prior to departure.

Food Options:

  • Party Mix Package: $130 – includes 3 x bowls of mixed party lollies, 3 x bowls of chips, 2 x bowls of popcorn, 2 x packets of sweet biscuits, 2 x bowls of party chocolates, 10 x juice boxes.
  • Charcuterie Board: $60 – includes 3 x wedges of cheese, 2 x types of crackers, 2 x dips, 2 x meat selection, olives, seasonal fresh/dried fruit.
  • Sweet Treats Catering: $8 per person – a range of sweet pastries and bakery items. 4 pieces per person.
  • Oven Delight Catering: $10 per person – a selection of sausage rolls, mini quiches and spring rolls (sauces included). 4 pieces per person. 

Beverage Options:

  • Juice Beverage Package: $15 – includes 1 x 2L Orange Juice + 1 x 2L Apple Juice.
  • Soft Drink Package: $20 – 4 x soft drink options including Coke, Coke Zero, Lemonade, Solo, Fanta, or mineral water.
  • Sparkling Mineral Water Package: $25 – 4 x 1L Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral water.
  • Punch Package: $25 – 1 x 5L freshly made punch containing lemonade, ginger ale and orange juice.
  • Tea and Coffee Package: $25 – continuous supply of tea and coffee for the duration of the party.
